Return & Refund Policy

Cylinder Training Services LLC, doing business as Cylindex, stands behind the quality of our products. Please review this policy carefully prior to making a purchase.
Eligible Returns
- We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products only.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- This policy applies to both in-person and online (eCommerce) purchases.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded for the cost of the product only.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated below.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items (Factory Defects Only)
Cylindex will replace or refund a product only if it is determined to be damaged or defective as a direct result of a manufacturing or factory defect.
- Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
- Customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence documenting the defect or damage.
- All claims are subject to inspection and verification by Cylindex.
- Cylindex reserves the sole and final right to determine whether the issue is the result of a factory defect.
This policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by shipping carriers
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use, misuse, abuse, or modification
- Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or installation
- Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or safety guidelines
If a factory defect is confirmed, Cylindex will, at its discretion:
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a refund for the product cost only
Shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law.
Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Courses or training programs
- eLearning or digital educational content
- Certification fees
- App purchases or subscriptions
- Any non-physical or digital products
Return Conditions
- Returned products must be in unused, original condition, including all original packaging and materials.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or tampering may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

No Returns Beyond 30 Days
- No refunds, returns, or defect claims will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase, under any circumstances.

Except as expressly stated in a written warranty provided by Cylindex, Cylindex makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.
